Small house in a residence located 300 meters from the beach and 100 meters from shops. The advantage of not using a car. Comprising: a living room with a sofa bed (BZ) sleeping 2, a kitchenette equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and washing machine. Upstairs is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
