Our ultra stylish 3000 sq ft home with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths was built by the famous Two Chicks and a Hammer and aired on the Good Bones HGTV show! It's the perfect getaway, minutes away from Fountain Square, Downtown, Central Canal, Museum of Art, Children's Museum, Zoo, Victory Field, and Lucas Oil Stadium! Make yourself at home and enjoy a gourmet kitchen, beautiful decor, and so much more!!

We are located in the safe and exciting Fountain Square neighborhood. This home is PERFECT for groups and families, there is so much space! The home is recently built with professionally designed decor and furnishings.
There are multiple fun living spaces for your group, and the indoor/outdoor areas allow for effortless dining and entertaining. All of our bedrooms have super comfortable mattresses and high end linens to ensure you get a great night's rest.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-A professional cleaning crew comes before your visit to make sure the home is immaculate upon your arrival. Your check-in and check-out process is completely keyless which allows you to easily check-in for your stay!
-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
-Pets are allowed for $150 fee plus $50 for each additional pet., please keep leashed in common areas.
-For your safety and security reasons, our homes (not all) have motion detectors and a security system, including exterior cameras.
-As mandated by the City, we have installed noise detection equipment in both the backyard and the living room. These devices specifically only captures and records decibel levels.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-Parties are not tolerated and will result in eviction and potential loss of security deposit.

The Neighborhood:
Our beautiful property is located in a convenient and safe community. Please be respectful of this home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community and as such we prefer that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and Taxis are here and very easily accessible.
Other Things to Note:
— IMPORTANT: please read and agree to all house rules.
- If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out and may be subject to a $75 fee. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge.
— No smoking of any kind is allowed on our property. Marijuana is illegal in Indiana. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.
Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes.
We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.
