downtown.

Services.
Catch an Orioles game at Camden Yards or a Ravens game at M&T Bank Stadium.
Hang out in the Inner Harbor and Harbor East. Grab a bite in Little Italy. Or
walk downtown for work. From local bands playing in neighborhood bars to
elegant restaurants serving the finest food in the City.
Lexington Market is 600 m from Heaven On Baltimore in the Downtown area, and
Edgar Allen Poe Museum is 1 km from the property. The nearest airport is
Baltimore - Washington International Airport, 12.9 km from the property.
The unit is fully fitted with a washing machine, a flat-screen TV (No Cable,
Netflix only), a sofa, and a closet. There's also a dishwasher, oven and an
electric teapot.
Parking is available onsite which cost $ 20 per day per car and reservation
is needed. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per stay.

A refundable security deposit of $200-$500 might be asked upon booking.

During your stay, the flat is 100% yours. We ask you to use our accommodation
as you would your own home and treat the equipment provided with respect and
be considerate to your neighborhood. In order for you to get the most out of
it, we recommend you follow these few simple rules. These will avoid any
misunderstandings and will ensure that the house/apartment stays in good
order.

Keys are a minimum of $150/key to replace. A fee will apply if they are lost,
or not returned on time before 11am. You will be fully responsible for damages
and noise complaints.

valuables left unattended in guest rooms. We are also not responsible for
articles/valuables left behind by guests and found after the departure of the
guest”.
