** DETAILS TO NOTE **
Our beautiful property is located in a convenient and safe community. Please be respectful of this home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community and as such we prefer that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups most especially during quiet hours.
Please note the maximum number of guests at our home is 8. We cannot allow any visitors inside or out that go over that number. We greatly appreciate your cooperation!
Quiet hours start at 10 pm. Per the city's rules for Airbnb, all backyard lights must be off during quiet time. The spa and pool can only be used outside quiet hours.
As mandated by the City, we have installed noise detection equipment in both the backyard and the living room. These devices specifically only captures and records decibel levels.
The spa on this property is free to use but we access that remotely. We'd be happy to turn it on for you per your request.
If you have any questions about our home or location, please let us know. We hope to host you soon!
