The Space:
Snow drifts outside while you relax by the wood-burning fireplace, watching light flicker across vaulted ceilings and tall windows framing the alpine landscape. Step onto the deck to breathe in the crisp mountain air, or soak in the private hot tub as the stars appear over Whistler’s peaks. Every moment invites you to unwind and reconnect after a day on the slopes.
Sleeping arrangements
This three-level home sleeps eight guests across four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. Two primary suites feature king beds, flat-screen TVs, and bathrooms with deep soaking tubs, double vanities, and glass-enclosed showers. The third bedroom includes a king-split bed with chaise lounge, while the fourth on the main level offers a queen bed. A guest powder room adds convenience, and an additional bathroom on the lower level features a steam room for restorative downtime.
Outdoor living
Enjoy Whistler’s natural beauty from multiple decks and patios. Sink into the private hot tub, warm up by the outdoor fireplace, or share a meal prepared on the BBQ grill. Outdoor furniture and loungers create a comfortable setting for quiet mornings or après-ski gatherings, while a private entrance ensures peace and privacy throughout your stay.
Kitchen & dining
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, wine fridge, and granite breakfast bar with seating for five. Cook with ease using the provided cookware and basics, then gather around the dining table for ten to share meals and stories from your mountain adventures.

Inside, spaces are designed for connection and comfort. The main living room centers around a wood-burning fireplace and sweeping views, while the family room with TV offers a cozy spot for children or movie nights. A media room features a pool table and direct access to the hot tub, with a Control 4 home automation system enhancing your experience.
Ski access and neighborhood
Located in the exclusive Kadenwood neighborhood, the home offers seasonal ski-in/ski-out access and is just minutes from the private Kadenwood gondola. Intermediate skiers can access nearby trails, while beginners can take a short walk to the gondola for easy access to Creekside Village’s shops, restaurants, and slopes.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood Construction. The homesite adjacent to Kadenwood 2972 is being cleared for construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
