💰 Tailored Pricing for Your Group
We believe in offering fair and flexible pricing to accommodate various group sizes. Our base rates are designed for groups of up to 16 guests, allowing smaller gatherings to enjoy The Fitzgerald at a more accessible price point.
Is there an extra charge for more guests? Yes. For groups exceeding 16 guests, a nominal charge of $35 per person, per night, plus tax applies. This additional fee helps cover the increased operational costs associated with more occupants, ensuring our home remains pristine for every guest. This includes:
✔ Extra wear and tear: More guests naturally mean more use of our beautiful home, furniture, and appliances.
✔ Enhanced amenities: This accounts for the increased use of utilities like water, electricity, and pool heating.
✔ Additional resources: This covers the cost of extra linens, towels, and the increased cleaning and maintenance required for larger groups.
This structure ensures that whether you're planning an intimate getaway or a grand celebration, you only pay for the resources you use, providing an equitable experience for all our valued guests.
✔ Heated pool: as add-on service ($800/week)
