Talloires Lakehouse 10p 5 Bedrooms
Le Ban de la Roche is a beautiful architect-designed modern chalet, comprising the Lake House and Lake Apartment. With stunning lake and mountain views, it is situated in the village of Talloires itself. The picturesque village centre and lakeside are 5 minutes walk from the front door.
This listing is for the main house only: The first, second and top floors of the house (The Lakehouse) are at your disposal. An extension comprising a superb double bedroom with lake view and a small office is also available to rent with the house at an additional cost for more than 12 people.
The Talloires Lakehouse Apartment on the ground floor can be rented separately. For the entire house you can rent the Talloires lakehouse Villa

We ask all our guests to respect the hour of silence, both inside the house and on the terrace, between 10pm and 8am.
A modern, bright, and Scandinavian atmosphere was chosen with huge picture windows overlooking the lake, white walls, oak parquet flooring upstairs and waxed concrete on the second floor.

1. The attic has been converted into a master suite, with a king-size double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, shower and toilet, plenty of storage, and a roof terrace offering exceptional views of the lake and surrounding area.
2. The existing ground-floor terrace has doubled in size to run the full length of the front of the house, offering more space for dining, barbecuing and relaxing.
A large, open-plan kitchen/living/dining room runs the full length of the front of the house, offering uninterrupted views of the lake. The kitchen features brand-new high-end equipment, granite worktops and an island. Sliding doors open onto the terrace, which boasts spectacular lake views and a sunset bar. A TV room with home cinema, a second kitchen/laundry room and toilet complete this floor.
Upstairs, there are 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have spectacular lake views. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath overlooking the lake. 3 of the other bedrooms have showers. There is also a shared bathroom and toilet. 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms.
The attic has been recently renovated and includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a terrace, a bathroom, and a small living room. The view is breathtaking!
The annex on the lower ground floor includes a double bedroom, a study, a toilet, and a washbasin.
The enclosed alpine garden with trampoline is ideal for children to run around and let off steam. Adults can relax on the terrace and enjoy the view of the lake and mountains.

Talloires is a typical little French village with a lot of character! It's a paradise for nature, sports, and food lovers.
Winter sports lovers can enjoy the family ski resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand (45 mins) or smaller local resorts Montmin (15 mins) and La Sambuy (30 mins). Chamonix, Meribel, Courchevel and Val d'Isere are 1h15-1h30 away.
Set on the lake but with woods and mountains just behind, Talloires offers a huge range of exciting activities including water-sports, paragliding, canyoning, hiking, mountain-biking, and road-biking. A 42 km cycle path goes around the entire lake.
Talloires beach is a great spot to relax and enjoy the lake. Kids love the paddling pool, slide, children's pool, diving board, swimming platform, table tennis tables and sandpit/volleyball pitch.
A range of restaurants will keep you entertained in the evening from the Savoyarde on the beach with its amazing views and delicious pizzas, to ultimate gourmet and romantic dining experiences at Michelin-starred chef Jean Sulpice’s Auberge de Pere Bise and the more traditional Hotel de l’Abbaye.
The house has its own private parking. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the road. Buses, ferries, and water-taxis link Annecy to Talloires. A 42 km cycle bath goes through Talloires and around the lake.
Talloires is 14km from Annecy, which has a direct rail link to Paris. It is 45 minutes from Geneva airport and 1h45 to Lyon.
