Accommodation attached to a house occupied by tenants, comprising: a kitchen area, with ceramic hob - fridge / freezer - DISHWASHER, a living room with TELEVISION and a corner containing a MICROWAVE and a mini-oven - A bedroom with a double bed (160cm) - A second bedroom with two single beds - A bathroom with shower, sink and WASHING MACHINE. A WC - Small garden with terrace (raised from the ground and without barriers) and garden furniture - Cleaning at the tenant's expense. Household linen not provided, rental possible from our partner, contact us. Heating from October 1st to May 31st extra depending on meter reading. Wifi rental possible with 5G box: €40/week
