Welcome to Lakeside La Quinta, a stunning lakefront escape nestled in a peaceful, guard-gated community. This beautifully remodeled home offers the perfect blend of resort-style amenities and relaxed desert living—ideal for families, couples, or groups seeking a memorable getaway.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious, open-concept layout with soaring 10-foot ceilings and brand-new designer furnishings. The gourmet kitchen is a dream for any chef, featuring a gas cooktop, new appliances, and a full wet bar with a window that opens to the backyard—perfect for serving margaritas poolside.
The family room invites connection and fun with a brand-new pool table, while a separate formal dining room and cozy indoor fireplace offer plenty of space to gather. Each bedroom is outfitted with a flat-screen TV, and the luxurious primary suite includes a walk-in closet and spa-like bathroom with a jacuzzi tub.
Step outside to take in unobstructed mountain views and the serene waters of Lake La Quinta. Lounge by the pool, soak in the hot tub, fire up the outdoor barbecue, or enjoy an evening under the stars around the fire pit.

NEIGHBORHOOD INFO:
La Quinta is a quiet, peaceful, and beautiful place to call home. The community has voted against short-term rentals, unlike Palm Springs, and so there is more of a community feel to the area. The area is perfect for biking and hiking and has great restaurants a few blocks away. The cove refers to the community nestled in the mountains, so the area is well protected from the wind. This is a perfect family-friendly neighborhood to enjoy your vacation!
This home is located in a private community, and features a beautiful lake and mountain views. We recommend walking around the community in the morning and early evening once the sun sets over the mountain, to really feel like you are a local.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.
If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!
All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full cleaning of the house and a change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable, and honest cleaners in the business. This team is the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.
Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.
Additional fees are required for pool/spa heat if applicable, please reach out to Reservations for more details.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.
- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- The AC cannot be set lower that 75 degrees when the outdoor temperature exceeds 100s. If tampering with the HVAC equipment causes any issues which require a service call and/or repairs, this will be billable to your party

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.
- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.
- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
