Beach Access:
• 20-minute walk or 3-minute drive to the closest public beach access
• Beach access is at the Seaview Beach Approach
• 5-minute drive to downtown Long Beach
• 25-minute drive to Astoria, Oregon
Pets:
• This home is Dog-Friendly for up to two well-behaved dogs
• Extra large dog crate & two extra large dog beds
• Dog dishes & toys
• Dog poop bags & scooper
• Dog blankets & towels
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog
Parking:
• Parking for up to 4 cars
• Garage is not accessible to guests
• Public Parking for Long Beach is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.
Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy.

• There is a $15 fee per hour for early check-in or late checkout, plus taxes. Please call 24 hours in advance for availability.

• Upstairs: Queen bed in the second upstairs bedroom
• Downstairs: Queen bed in the downstairs bedroom

• Appliances: Fridge with ice & water dispenser, Flat-top electric stove, microwave, blender, crockpot, electric griddle, toaster, popcorn maker, electric hand mixer.
• Cooking: Pots & pans, mixing bowls, strainer, casserole dishes, cutting boards.
• Baking: Cookie sheets, cake pans, wet & dry measuring cups & spoons, rolling pin, funnel.
• Utensils: Whisks, spatulas, ladles, spoons, potato peeler, can opener, corkscrew, pizza cutter, scissors, potato masher, cheese grater, baster, tongs, oyster & crab shuckers
• Table Setting: plates, bowls, water glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses, shot glasses, a home bar set, serving bowls and plates, knives, forks, and spoons. We have plastic cups for children.
