*Recent update- Features all-new plants and brand-new furniture, including beds, couches, tables, and décor, along with refreshed outdoor sun loungers and a cozy fire pit area. We`ve doubled the height of our back fence, creating a taller, more secluded oasis for guests, which also helps keep our pool cleaner and sand-free.

☆ Full Access for a Luxurious Experience: As our guests, you`ll enjoy full access to the entire property and all its amenities, ensuring a private and luxurious experience. From the vibrant living spaces to the outdoor pool and hot tub, every corner of our desert retreat is yours to explore and enjoy. In addition to the main living areas, you will have access to the entire fenced backyard. The home features a garage for one car and a driveway that can accommodate up to three cars.
☆ Contactless, 24/7 Check-In: We value your convenience and safety, which is why we offer a completely contactless check-in process. Regardless of your arrival time, you`ll be able to access the property at your leisure, day or night. Guests will receive their unique door code two days before check in.
☆ Digital House Manual: To make your stay as seamless as possible, you will receive a digital house manual filled with useful information about the property and local recommendations.
☆ Management: Our property is professionally managed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests, and you can easily reach us by phone or email. For urgent issues after hours, we provide a 24/7 emergency line, ensuring support whenever you need it. We are committed to making your getaway effortless, relaxing, and unforgettable!
☆ Location: Our house is located in a quiet, safe, and family-friendly neighborhood. You`ll love the peaceful atmosphere and the convenient location, just minutes away from some of the best golf courses and country clubs in the Coachella Valley.
Our home is also less than 10 minutes to Indian Wells Tennis Garden, 15 minutes to the Empire Polo Club, and 20 minutes to The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens.
☆ Getting Around: Guess typically get around by car, as it is a suburban community with limited public transportation options. Most residents and visitors drive their own vehicles or rent cars to get around the area. The streets around and throughout Bermuda Dunes are well-maintained and easy to navigate. There are also several car rental companies located in the area, including Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Hertz Rent-A-Car.
In addition to driving, some people in the area also use ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft, which are widely available in the Coachella Valley. Taxis are also available but may be less convenient and more expensive than ride-sharing services.
For those who prefer to travel by public transportation, the SunLine Transit Agency operates several bus routes throughout the Coachella Valley, including routes that serve Bermuda Dunes. However, bus service in the area is limited and may not be the most convenient option for getting around.
☆ Family-Friendly Comfort: As parents ourselves, we understand the challenges of traveling with little ones, so our space is thoughtfully designed for young families! We provide Pack `n Plays with crib sheets and a high chair for added convenience, along with pool and bath toys to keep the kids entertained. Enjoy kid-friendly dishware, including plastic plates, bowls, cups, sippy cups, and utensils. Plus, there’s a selection of books, games, and puzzles for family fun time together.
☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. ☆ Pool heater: The pool heating system uses a significant amount of natural gas, so activating it incurs a daily fee of $125 (plus tax). This fee will be billed prior to your arrival if you request pool heating.
☆ Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!
☆ Maintenance: For your convenience, our pool technician visits on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays to ensure the pool is clean. Our landscaper services the property on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month. Trash service is provided on Friday mornings with a walk-up collection. These services are scheduled to enhance your stay and are designed not to disturb you.
☆ Desert Living: Our home is located in the beautiful Coachella Valley desert, where sand and leaves may occasionally blow into the pool, especially on windy days. While our pool cleaners work diligently to keep it clear, we’ve provided skimmers for your convenience should you wish to remove any leaves or sand yourself. Our new, taller fence should help reduce this significantly.
