Just a short stroll from the sandy beaches of the Kiel Fjord, this modern Scandinavian-style holiday home in Marina Wendtorf is the perfect retreat for families, couples, and even four-legged friends. Set in the second row to the water and surrounded by a peaceful nature reserve, the house combines comfort with sea views and a touch of coastal charm. Spread over two bright floors, the home welcomes you with a cosy ground floor featuring two bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with two single beds—as well as a stylish bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC, soothing underfloor heating, and even a private sauna. Both the hallway and bedrooms open directly onto the terrace, perfect for mornings in the fresh air. Upstairs, the open-plan living and kitchen area is designed for gathering together. Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker hood, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The living room invites relaxation with a double lounger, flat-screen TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, stereo system, MP3 connection, and a bioethanol fireplace that adds warmth and ambience on cooler evenings. Large windows and a loggia provide sweeping views of the marina and surrounding landscape—an ideal spot to sip coffee, watch ships pass by with the provided binoculars, or simply soak in the tranquillity. Modern furnishings, wood-panelled walls, sloping ceilings, gas heating, and air conditioning ensure a pleasant indoor climate year-round. Outside, the 400 m² natural plot with terrace, balcony, and barbecue offers space for children to play and family meals under the open sky. The home is non-smoking, comes with fibre-optic high-speed WiFi, and includes a private parking space. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
