Villa Chnaris is a wonderful luxury ground floor house in the city of Perama in the prefecture of Rethymnon, just 7 km from the beach of Panormos, with a total area of300 m²,with pool, sauna and complete privacy, able to accommodate up to 10 people. Villa Chnaris can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, has 5 bedrooms, 3 with double bed 2X1.60, 1 room with three single beds 90 X 2 m and 1 with twin beds which can be combined into one double but also to add an extra rollaway bed. All rooms have their own bathroom with shower, air conditioning and 24 'smart TV. They have a balcony overlooking the pool and the garden and have been decorated for the relaxation and rest you need. Villa Chnaris has a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, refrigerator, hob, oven, dishwasher, etc., and provides all the necessary items to prepare and serve your meals.
