Jolie Brise - Maison Lumineuse
We propose you to rent, on the commune of Pléneuf-Val-André, this charming house, less than one kilometre from the beach, of a surface of 100 m ², completely renovated in 2021 and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 29 m² (with stove), a fully equipped open kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 200 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area :
- A 29 m² living room with TV, wood stove (wood not supplied), sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- Access to the terrace on stilts.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
Night space:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- Two bathrooms with shower.
- Separate toilet.
Exterior :
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 1,200 m² benefiting from all exposures.
- A terrace of 10 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment near the port of Dahouet. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- The market takes place on Saturday morning

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private car park of the house in the enclosure of the property which can accommodate up to 3 or 4 vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Free shuttle buses to the commune.
- Nearest train station: Lamballe station located 13 km away (16 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Saint-Brieuc airport 33 km (28 minutes by car)
Other remarks :
- Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.
- Free wifi available.
- The stove is functional, wood is not provided.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation on request.
To access your accommodation, you can choose between :
- Autonomous arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 4 chemin romain 22400 Saint-Alban, access by car, usually on your way to Pléneuf-Val-André. If you use public transport, choose a physical reception.
- A physical welcome: in this case, you'll be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the apartment, share useful tips and hand over the keys.
On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
