✹ Historic District Walking Tour - Savannah is known for its historic charm and beautifully preserved architecture. Joining a guided walking tour of the historic district is an excellent way to learn about the city's history, including its haunted stories, hidden courtyards, and stunning squares. Several tour companies offer different themed tours, so you can choose one that interests you the most.
✹ River Street - For a vibrant waterfront experience, head to River Street. This bustling area features cobblestone streets lined with shops, restaurants, and galleries. You can enjoy panoramic views of the Savannah River, watch ships pass by, and indulge in some local cuisine.

✔ FAMILY - Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ‘n Play/travel crib, highchair, plug socket covers, and baby-sitter recommendations – all upon request.
✔ REMOTE WORK FROM HOME - There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available, a dedicated workspace, plus multiple laptop friendly surfaces throughout the home.
✔ PETS - We are pet friendly, but please no cats. Please ensure your pet does not cause damage to the unit. There is a $100 pet fee if you decide to bring your pet along. We will request the pet fee directly through VRBO the day you arrive, or you can select the pet fee when booking the home.
✔ POTENTIAL FOR NOISE - This is a 120-year-old house, built in 1903, on a main downtown street and the walls are thin and not soundproof. It is possible that you may hear noise at some point during your stay. If you are sensitive to street noise, we highly suggest packing earplugs or utilizing a white noise app.
✔ PEST CONTROL - The home benefits from regular pest control, but due to our beautiful southern weather and lush, leafy-green surroundings, you may occasionally encounter an outdoor bug.
