Cardiff-by-the-Sea Beach House
This vacation paradise is your “Endless Summer” and was fully renovated in November 2022.
We have recently retrofitted the home with all new furniture, full air conditioning, electrical lighting, new blinds, selective flooring replacement and has been freshly repainted inside and out. Come surround yourself with rare collector surf themed artwork and modern art pieces.
A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar is located on the main level along with a comfortable family room and romantic dining area with grand bay-windows that bathe the main level in natural light filtered through a forest of palms.
Also on the main level is an elevated glass railed balcony which includes a natural gas BBQ and that allures peaceful moments under starry night skies. Enjoy your meal dining on our spacious front patio that boasts a new “fire table” with comfortable new swivel patio chairs.
A spacious master suite loft shares the grand bay windows that feature partial blue water ocean views to enjoy magical sunsets. For your comfort there is a king size bed, swivel chair, storage bench, fireplace, cozy desk with blue tooth speaker and working keyboard tray. Enjoy a relaxing bath in the oval soaking tub, or in the spacious tile shower, his and her vanities, walk-in closet, and a private sundeck.
Two guest bedrooms are tucked downstairs with one new queen bed and dresser, and the second bedroom sporting two new twin beds. Both bedrooms have ample closet space, a full bath to share, laundry area and ironing board.
All three bedrooms come with brand new comfortable mattresses, comforters, and assorted pillows to help insure a restful night.
All three bedrooms have brand new, large screen 50” Smart 4k TVs with Hulu Streaming services (other services available through your sign in accounts).

Wake up to ocean breezes and fresh-brewed coffee at home. Or walk to nearby favorites: VG's Donuts, Bump Coffee, Starbucks, or Pipes Cafe' to start your day. You are just a short walk to the beach to catch waves or watch the pros at legendary surf spots including Cardiff Reef, Suckouts, Turtles, Pipes, Swami’s and more!

Prepare sumptuous home cooked meals with locally sourced gourmet foods from the popular Cardiff Seaside Market. Sample cuisine at one of many beach-front and local restaurants. Browse eclectic and upscale shops and eateries in the Cardiff Town Center and Cardiff Village, just around the block.
Pack a lunch and spend the day at the beach which is just a short 10-minute walk away. Bathe, swim and surf in the crashing waves of the Pacific Ocean. Catch some sun on a towel on the sand, read a book relaxing in a beach chair or nap in the shade shack. Your beach home comes equipped with plenty of beach toys and equipment including beach towels, three beach cruiser bikes, a surf-rider soft surfboard, boogie boards, shade shack, skim board, beach table, pop up tent, umbrella, ice chests, beach chairs and a wagon to get you and your beach gear to the beach and back!
Hike among the natural beauty, wildlife, and native plants at the San Elijo Lagoon Ecological Reserve, right down the street. Picnic, BBQ, play tennis or shoot hoops at Glen Park just a few steps from your front door, or kick-back on a grassy hillside while the little one's romp in the playground under Torrey Pines and palms.
Savor time alone or together with friends and loved ones on miles of sandy beaches for long walks, invigorating runs, bike rides and romantic strolls in the fresh air and cool ocean breezes. Finish off a day in the sun under a thrilling and refreshing outdoor shower among the palms of your gated retreat.
Jump in the car or take a scenic train ride adventure from nearby Solana Beach or Encinitas train stations to popular San Diego attractions. Sojourn to spectacular Torrey Pines State Beach. Hike the cliffs and bluffs at famous Black's Beach or take in a round of golf at one of several world-class courses. Sample the stylish shops and restaurants in Del Mar just 10 minutes from Cardiff, or drive a few more minutes to luxurious La Jolla or Rancho Santa Fe. Spend a family day at eco-friendly Sea World, the world-famous San Diego Zoo or creative Lego Land; just a sampling of endless San Diego attractions.
Cap off your day relaxing with a glass of fine wine overlooking scenic coastal bluffs, the majestic deep blue ocean and breathtaking Cardiff sunsets.
