From the moment you enter 2701 Palm Boulevard, you will relax and experience the elegance and calm of Isle of Palms. Steps from a magnificent, broad white sand beach, The Happy Place is thoughtfully designed to make your stay unforgettable and easy. This luxury, fully air-conditioned residence has been completed renovated.
The six bedrooms contain "The Clean Bed Program" where the comforters are cleaned between every guest. New furniture and state of the art digital TVs accommodate up to three families comfortably. There are wrap-around decks on both the first and second floors, with a screened porch, Weber gas grill, and an oversized porch swing that looks out to the ocean. Next to the lighted, pool and spa is your own putting green! Downstairs is a competition ping pong table and basketball hoop. Upstairs is a unique game room with board games and a digital console arcade table with PacMan and Galaga. There is a separate new laundry and ice machine near the pool as well. There are even two beach wagons to make your short walk to the ocean easy!
2701 Palm Boulevard kitchen is all new, too, and contains a huge granite center island with bar seating as well as a beverage center and all the amenities to prepare and serve delicious meals. The unique modern dining table can seat 12 comfortably.
In the upstairs living area are a large TV, a Sonos sound system and a full suite of Cable TV services including movies. Wireless high-speed internet is available throughout the house.
Our ~Clean Bed" program offers 350-thread count duvet covers that are freshly laundered for every guest bed. No more blankets and quilts shared between guests! Every piece of bedding on our beds - sheets, pillowcases, duvets - is guaranteed fresh for every guest. Ahh -- the comfort of knowing that you will sleep in a room free of germs, wrapped in a perfectly clean bed.

- This home allows 1 pet under 40 lbs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- The pool can be heated for $100/day (4 night min), as long as the average outside temperature is over 55F.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
