Charming spacious property in a quiet neighborhood not overlooked, located in the countryside near the picturesque village of Rognes, prized for its authenticity, local crafts and small shops of proximity (bakery, fruit and vegetables, organic store , ...).
Beautiful swimming pool (12m x 6m) tiled with numerous pool beds and large cousins outside, 3 large terraces, pétanque track adjoining, outdoor lounge, viewpoint in height and direct access to the surrounding scrubland, ideal for long walks to feet or bike (electric bikes for rent in the nearby village).
House completely renovated recently, with interior and exterior furniture comfortable, beautiful finishes and refined decoration. The living room with sofas and open fire offers the possibility of viewing DVD movies and big-screen TV. The games room / TV allows kids to watch their own movies and DVD.
Internet connection with WiFi.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven and microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, large fridges.
Also: barbecue, washing machine, dryer, parking 6 cars.
The house has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms well finished, a large room with mezzanine for 4 people (1 double bed + 2 single beds in mezzanine), two bedrooms with double beds, one room with 2 single beds, a dormitory 4 beds (bunk) and a games room / tv with 2 sofa beds, for a total of 16 beds.

Home and bath towels are provided and the linen rentals prices mean all loads included consumption.
Note: The property is located at the end of road, very quiet, no traffic hazard for young children.
