One mile around our area, access walkable attractions such as Miami Beach, Lummus Park, The Wolfsonian Museum, Art Deco Historic Road, and Lincoln Road. If you’re visiting between October to May, avail of free movies at Miami Beach SoundScape where you can watch classics and new releases underneath the stars!

Getting Around:
It’s a charming coincidence that Kasa El Paseo translates to “the walk” because, from our hotel, almost everything you need can be accessible by foot within a 1-mile area. Bikes, electric scooters, and Segways are also options to consider if you want to zip through the streets while capturing the South Beach breeze. Another notable feature in our neighborhood is the South Beach Loop, a free trolley service that operates 7 days a week, from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. The Miami International Airport is 11 miles away from our Kasa.

- Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check, and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). We operate through a Virtual Front Desk, and self check-in is entirely contactless. We'll send you instructions on accessing our property and your Kasa before you arrive. Questions? Contact us 24/7.
- Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow at our property.
- Parking is available for a fee of $40.00 per vehicle, per day, subject to tax. Larger vans, trucks, and tour buses are subject to oversize fees.
