We had a wonderful stay with our dog at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we truly felt welcome. They allowed us to access every area without any problems, which made traveling with a pet so much easier and stress-free. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and it was clear that they are genuinely pet-friendly, not just in name. We felt comfortable, relaxed, and appreciated throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with their dog.

This beautiful park was just a few minutes from the hotel. It’s tucked away in a lovely neighborhood and was very well maintained. Perfecto!

Kokoro Mío is a true paradise. The lagoon, the jungle, and the bamboo cabins are breathtaking, but what made it unforgettable was how my dog was welcomed as part of the family. We explored the gardens, relaxed by the water, and felt completely at home. Not just pet-friendly — truly pet-loving

I recently spent a few days at Kokoro Mío with my golden retriever, and it was truly one of the most unforgettable trips of our lives. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed not just as guests but as family — and that included my dog.

The property is breathtaking, surrounded by lush jungle and facing the crystal-clear Seven Colors Lagoon. Every corner feels like a hidden paradise, designed with love and respect for nature. What made it even more special was how my dog was treated — not simply tolerated as in other hotels, but celebrated. He received a little welcome kit, had plenty of space to explore, and even joined me on a sunrise walk by the water.

The staff were warm, caring, and always made sure both of us were comfortable. The bamboo cabins are stunning, elevated among the trees, and waking up to birdsong while cuddling my dog was pure magic.

Kokoro Mío isn’t just pet-friendly… it’s truly pet-loving. If you’re looking for a place where you can reconnect with nature, your heart, and share unforgettable moments with your furry best friend, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!
