This is a very pet friendly hotel with a great staff and delicious breakfast. The service was fantastic on every level. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit sketchy but we feel safe with the hotel’s security features. Close to a ton of shopping, dining, and other services. Paso Nogal Dog Park and Chipalcingo Dog Park are short drives away. Nice dog relief area in rear.

This is a great place to spend the morning with your dog. There’s a great vibe among dog owners and always plenty of dogs. Warning: this one is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.

We’ve loved this restaurant for a long time. Since getting our dogs we love it even more. They’ve made a lot of improvements in the last couple of years. The patio is now fully covered, and the food quality has gone up. Service has always been outstanding and they are so kind to our dogs.

This location has plenty of outdoor seating, sunny and shady. The only drawback is that it’s the only in-n-out in the area and they are crowded from 10:45 am thru the evening, and the drive-thru line is frequently 10 or more cars. So service is on the slow side. Burgers are awesome and they’ll sell you a separate patty for your dog.

Really good food! They showed a lot of love to our two dogs.

The patio is nice and they know how to treat dogs. There’s an info sheet for dog owners with rules and a pup menu. The only downside is that it’s in an open-air mall that is crowded and every time we came here it was a battle for a parking spot and the place was crawling with people. Also the patio borders on the entrance to the mall so people are constantly walking by diners, talking loudly, and making for an unpleasant experience.

This is a well-run hotel with a professional and competent staff. They are welcoming of dogs and even have a little welcome station in the lobby with treats and water. The rooms seem well insulated which is great when you have a dog that feels the need to react a little to sounds. Breakfast is awesome with lots of options.

The patio is covered, staff is attentive, food outstanding!

We joined our local Camp Bow Wow (Louisiana) a while back and one of the outstanding features of this brand is that it is nationwide and once you’re registered and established you can book your dogs at other locations. This is turning out to be invaluable on our travels. We don’t have to provide vaccination info each time to book because we’re already in the system. Staff at this Phoenix location accommodated our two dogs with only a few days notice and we’re super nice. We also liked that our dogs had a similar experience at this location as they’ve had at other locations.

We originally booked the La Quinta on Thomas Rd but moved to this I-10 west location. Thomas Rd is a run-down property with all sorts of sketchy characters hanging around, graffiti and urine in the stairwells, very limited dog relief areas. We only stayed there long enough to book another hotel and it ended up being this one. This is a very nice, newly renovated property. There’s a small dedicated grassy location in the back for doggie business and a little neighborhood nearby for a longer walk. We stayed two nights and they only charged the pet fee for one night. Breakfast included hot food choices. Very competent front desk staff. Laundry services also available.

Tons of dogs were here during our stay and most of us were in the same wing of the hotel which for us reduced any stress we would have had about our dogs being noisy. There’s a great vibe with the staff and other guests. Breakfast is continental, but with good options. Plenty of areas for dog relief with seating available and clean-up bags included.

The Pine Springs Visitor Center at the base of these mountains has a nice dog walk path. Visitor center is to the right of the parking area, walking path is on the left. Scenic, but doesn’t require vigorous or lengthy hiking.

This is an excellent stop if you’re traveling with dogs and need a quick lunch. Some Love’s have very small dog parks that are divided by size. This dog park is one enclosure for all sizes so it’s bigger and includes picnic tables. Staff inside are friendly, store is well stocked with hot and cold foods. Includes a Subway and clean restrooms.

Good stop for dogs if you’re on the road, not too far off of main highway. On the smaller side, but inside a neighborhood with a friendly vibe.

Beautifully designed. Beware that the large dog area is very big and it’s possible to lose sight of your dog. Since our dogs anre only a couple of pounds over the weight limit for the small dog area and no other dogs were there, we chose that side and it was perfect. You could walk here from Motel 6.

Front desk clerks (am and pm) were friendly and helpful. New-ish hotel. Nicely designed room with a hutch table that you don’t see in most Motel 6 properties. Clean. “Marketplace” of vending machines offers snacks, drinks, breakfast and dinner items with a microwave. Dog park nearby is one of the nicest you’ll visit.

We’re okay with renovations and minor inconveniences, but this hotel isn’t well managed. Front desk staff was nice and accommodating towards our dogs. Plenty of relief areas. Our room only had towels for one person. When we asked the housekeepers for another set of towels, they panicked and said they could only give us pool towels (1/2 size).

If you consider the convenient breakfast into what you’re willing to pay for a room, you may be disappointed. Breakfast was pre-made pancakes (to reheat in microwave?) fruit-flavored yogurt, mini fruit cups, and oat bars. Basically a child’s breakfast. No breads or cereals or real fruit. Even worse, it was supposed to be ready for 7am., but nothing was out. Front desk said the person responsible hadn’t shown up for work and apparently there’s no backup person. You expect there to be more than one employee running a hotel with dozens of rooms. Even though our pets were comfortable, this was pricey for having limited staff and resources.

Great restaurant, stunning patio and even a large yard area to walk your dogs around in if they get antsy. Food and drink was top notch.

This place is so huge, you could almost lose your dog in it. But rest assured it is completely fenced. It’s also shady with plenty of seating for humans. Clean restrooms on the outside.

We’ve been to at least a dozen dog parks in our travels and this was our favorite. Large, beautiful, many nice dogs, and shady.

Fun place with four separate areas —large, small, agility — didn’t quite figure out what the 4th area was for, but with these options you can choose to separate your dogs into another area if there are problem dogs/owners in one area. Lots of seating areas for humans.

We were so happy to discover this little gem on our Louisiana travels. It’s strategically located as Alexandria is on the way to everywhere in Louisiana. The park is fully outfitted, if a bit on the small side. The rectangular shape allows dogs to burn off their energy by running the length of the park. We like to combine a stop here with lunch at McAlister’s deli nearby.

This is a full service Love’s (two locations, on each side of the main road) with its own dog park. While the park is small and not shaded, it does have a picnic table and separate sections for small and large dogs. Bathrooms are clean and there’s a great choice of on-the-go foods, snacks and drinks.

Someone took great care to make sure this dog park had everything — agility equipment, gazebo, seating, cleanup bags, ample parking, etc. the only thing missing was a double-gated entrance that you see at most dog parks. Also, there’s a few inches of space between the gate and the ground underneath that a smaller dog could escape through. Nicely shaded and woodsy area.

A nature-filled stroll with paved walkways among deep forest-like settings. With your dog, beware that there are birds, squirrels, and other wildlife. Our beagles were a bit over-stimulated and we had to keep them close on their leashes to avoid them trotting off on a hunt. Greatly enjoyed by humans and dogs!

Nice covered patio and friendly staff. There’s also a little wall/fence around the patio that kept us dry from the rain. McAlister’s has excellent lunch offerings.

Although it was clear they don’t get many canine visitors here (didn’t know what to do with us at first), they were very accommodating and let us walk our dogs through the restaurant to the patio (although later we discovered there was a gate to the parking area). This restaurant is on a hill overlooking Fayetteville so it is quite a captivating view. Food was pricy, but delicious. Menu had a lot of variety to accommodate many types of diners. We’re looking forward to returning here.

This is the kind of place where you get the idea the owners are going to get every dime out of you they can, while skimping on quality of basic items like toilet tissue (crumbles in your hand with a touch of moisture) and coffee creamer (cheap powdered kind in a canister). Beware Wyndham members with pets, they do not honor the pet policy promoted on the Wyndham booking site which clearly states that the fee is $25 per night with a max of $75 per stay. You will pay $25 per pet, per night which for our two-night stay came to $100 in non-refundable fees. You won’t learn about this until you are checking in and they make you sign an agreement to pay the higher fees, too late to find other accommodations. The location is next to the mall and plenty of restaurants if that’s what you enjoy. For most other activities you’ll have to drive 20 minutes or more.

There’s a great vibe at this property with friendly staff, happy guests, and all the best amenities. The only drawback was a limited area to walk the dogs outside the hotel, but there are other grassy areas nearby. It’s in a busy location with other hotels and businesses, but to find a dog-friendly restaurant you’ll need to drive. We enjoyed Schlotzsky’s and Shogun, as well as takeout from nearby Chuy’s. Breakfast was terrific with choices of creamers for coffee and other nice extras.

We enjoyed our stay with two dogs. Property is undergoing renovation in some areas (September 2023) with various construction materials lying around in various areas. There’s a generous grassy area on the right side and around the back. Good breakfast with an attentive and friendly host. Just a couple of minute’s drive to the main area of El Dorado.

This dog park is in a beautiful location surrounded by a mini forest of tall trees and many other trees shading the entire enclosure. It’s a large fenced in area with seating for humans and the usual amenities. Even the small dog area is huge. The are other possibilities for fun and recreation in Burns Park with an abundance of picnic tables, basketball court, and various fields.

Ate here for dinner on patio with our two dogs. The food and service were great! Reasonably priced too. Although it was a warm day, the fully covered patio was comfortable and the server brought our dogs water on request. Very near LaQuinta Inn if you’re staying there on a trip and need a pet friendly dining experience.
