Best dog friendly restaurant
Mulligan’s Grille in Historic Cottage RowUpstairs deck with view of the ocean. Great service and food. We always bring our own water and dish, but the other dogs had nice big bowls of water. We ordered the dog beef and rice dish which they served on a frisbee. We couldn’t have improved on the experience. After lunch we went in the fenced dog run at the rear of their property.

Yummy ice cream
Kill Devil's Frozen Custard & Beach FriesThey gave our dog a free pup cup with a cute dog biscuit on top. I had the banana milkshake and husband got a sundae.
