Friendly, helpful staff; clean spacious room; dog friendly bar in lobby; good spaces to air our pups, with bags and waste can handy. We were given a room on the second floor, but thankfully our pups don't have issues with stairs or elevators.

Staff was friendly and room was clean, but odor of cleaning fluids a bit overpowering. Small doggie relief grassy area, but stocked with bags and waste can. One elevator was not running well, but thankfully there was a second elevator, as we were carting 2 big dog crates to the third floor.

This hotel is on a very busy thoroughfare, surrounded by other hotels in an area where I would not have wanted to walk alone at night. The dog relief area was right by that busy road, so I held on extra tight to my pup's lead. No bags in the intended container, so many folks didn't clean up after their dogs, and it was rather nasty. When we couldn't drink the breakfast coffee (and we're really not that picky), we skipped the free breakfast. Room was clean enough, but some fixtures very worn and outdated. Hall carpet stained. Nothing terrible, but just not a pleasant stay.

The hotel was tucked away in a nice location, and quiet despite proximity to interstate. Very clean and well appointed. Staff was competent and friendly. And best of all, very dog friendly: treats on arrival, and a good grassy area with poop bags and disposal container provided. This was our first hotel stay with 2 big dogs, and it has set the bar high for future excursions. Thanks, BringFido!
