  Staff was very courteous. There's an expansive dog walk area for now. It's for sale but even after there's a great place behind the hotel. Very secure. Definitely would stay again!

  Great location for dog show

  I was given the exact room that I wanted....1st floor, quiet, end of hall with easy access to grassy area for dog. The iron was broken and the Internet wasn't dependable. I did NOT report this to the hotel because it wasn't that important to me. The staff was really nice and made my three-night stay comfortable. I will stay there again.

  Great accommodations!

  We stopped for the night in Jackson TN, brought our 14 yr old Bichonpoo. Went to the small ‘Bistro’ there, great cocktails and snacks! And our Ivan was laying in the booth the whole time!!!

  Loved the hotel

  Right on highway so a bit noisy but there was lots of parking, walking spots for the dog, and delicious breakfast! We’ll stay here again.

  Spacious Rooms

  The staff is very friendly and accommodated our request to stay in a quiet room. The check-in took a while bc of this request. Our shower was broken but by the time we discovered this it was late in the evening so did not change rooms. No changes were made to our bill.

  All went very well. We asked for a lower floor room near a side exit and were accommodated! Very pleased, as this was a one night stopover while moving.

  Dog fee is high

  The outdoor green space is small. There were no bags or trash cans near the green space and others left their droppings in the grass. I brought my own bags and was able to find a trash can near the front entrance (not ideal). The front desk attendant was very pleasant and gave my dog a biscuit at check in. Even though I was aware of the steep $55 dog fee for one night, I expected more dog friendly features. Lastly, we were placed on the third floor which we used the elevator some of the time. The elevator was not smooth running and my dog was anxious once inside. We ended up walking up and down the three flights of stairs rather than using the elevator.

  We and our dog were truly welcomed and well treated. Easy dog walks, easy entrance and great accessible restaurant within hotel. Staff were extraordinarily helpful and friendly. We shall return.

  Pleasant and convenient

  We were given a ground floor room close to an exit door which was very convenient. There was adequate grassy area for the dog. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Despite being the most expensive stay of our trip (over $200/night) they had no breakfast included. They have a menu with dinner and breakfast items that are fairly expensive.

  Great place

  This was a very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and just downright nice. There is a lovely bistro right in the lobby that we were able to get a light dinner and Starbucks which really made my day. Pet area was easily assessable and very nice. All in all the the entire experience was very good and the room was lovely. I slept like a baby.

  Very Spacious Room

  This was my favorite stay on my trip so far. The rooms were spacious, and clean. My Great Dane and I felt welcome. There is also a huge grass area on the property. We really enjoyed stretching out legs. There wasn’t any special dog treats, blanket, or poop bags. I had plenty, so it was okay. The location is great, right off the freeway.

  Would Stay There Again!

  The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and offered our pup a treat. Nice touch on the check-in form: asks for your pet's name and type of pet. This must be a fairly popular stop for dog people; seems like every other guest was traveling with dogs! Our room was comfortable and attractive. The only downside was that the restaurant and bar are closed on weekends (when lots of people travel), but that could have been COVID safety measure. In fairness, we had eaten earlier, but a nightcap would have been great after the drive! Overall, great place to stay.

  Mediocre Courtyard

  This courtyard appears very nice in the lobby, but the room was not well maintained(wall plugs by bed not working, for to bathroom fell off, bathtub shelves broken and glued back to get her). It was clean and comfortable, but not worth the price paid.

  Overpriced

  Air conditioning didn’t work. Switched rooms. Elevator not working. Poor breakfast - no eggs, meat, or waffles. Hot tub didn’t work and had not for a while. Dog treat canister empty. Poop bag dispenser empty. >$400.00 for 2 nights with a dog. Scratchy towels. Low price quality for a high price. Manager let her little dog, Carter, run around loose in breakfast area which violated the rules for guest dogs in eating areas even on a leash. She said they couldn’t get any eggs. Said Jimmy Dean sandwiches were available for purchase from market. Bed was comfy. Front desk workers were friendly.

  Room to roam

  A lot of area for walking the dogs. Quiet area and friendly service. Not a lot of food options. The $50 pet fee is unreasonable, in my opinion.

  Not So Much

  I made the reservation 10 days out and told them that we were bringing 2 dogs. The staff, however, failed to notice that I requested a first floor room. We arrived around 6pm and all rooms were taken so they put us on the fourth floor! Couldn’t use the elevator because of Covid. Fine for my toy poodle but not so good for my 15 year old hound mix or my 71 year old husband. Also, if you stay there, BRING EARPLUGS!!!! You are literally a stones throw from the interstate. I gave it 2 bones because the room was clean but we won’t be staying there again.

  Great experience with my big dog! We'll be back!

  Our Chocolate Lab was so comfortable and happy at the Courtyard Jackson. The staff was warm and welcoming! The room was super clean, quiet and the temperature easy to control. We loved having the safe enclosed courtyard in which to walk our dog. We will definitely book here again when traveling through Jackson!

  Great location! Gourmet food open late right in hotel!

  Perfect spot right by the highway to pull off with your sleepy pup and catch some z's and yummy dinner.
