We booked 2 days at this hotel as we traveled up the CA coast. We stayed a Thursday & planned to stay Monday on our way home. The weather didn’t allow us to make it back on Monday. So I called & asked to switch the reservation for the following day. I was told “There’s a lobby full of people. Please book online. I booked it online. I was charged for both Monday & Tuesday. I called ‘ tried to explain what happened but was told no refund would be given. Our room on Thursday was beautiful and clean. Our room on Monday was dirty & the heater didn’t work. I was ok with the variation in room accommodations but now that I know I was charged double for a crappy room with no heat & no dogs bowls & sheets even thought I paid the pet fee of $60.
Again, the first night stay was great the second night was horrible.

A charming cute hotel across the street from the beach. Dog & kid friendly! This is a fun hotel.

We stayed with our 2 dogs last night. Our room was dirty & dusty with dead bugs in the corners of the room. The ceil had large black stains from a previous incident they was not clean properly or painted over. The service was atrocious and we slept on top of the bedding. The ice machine by our room didn’t work & we got dust/dirt. We have been staying up & down the California coast this week with all dog friendly room. Please save your $ & go elsewhere.
