Retired social worker with neurotic four year old dachshund

The only bad thing I have to say about this place is that we only had one night to stay. This is our halfway point to visit our grandson in Sandusky. This is absolutely one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. Tons of grassy areas for the fur kids, room was spacious and comfortable. We paid an extra small fee for a Junior Suite and boy was it worth it. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Wish I could clone this place for all our stays. Will definitely be back

Just returned home after a four day stay. Had a great time. Great location for all the tourist attractions. Staff was very Friendly, breakfast was good. Good areas for dog walking, although it would be nice if the leaves in those areas were raked. People tend to just cover up dog poop in the leaves. I had to wash my shoes three times 😩. Will return.

We stopped there halfway to Fort Morgan for vacation as we dont like to drive more than four hours . It was clean and the staff was very accommodating. We got there early (forgot about the time change) and they rushed to get a room ready. Tons of grassy areas for the pups (bring your own poop bags). Lots of places to eat nearby including a great Mexican restaurant with a patio for the pups. The breakfast was a tad lackluster but we’re not morning eaters. Would definitely stay again.

We were beyond pleased with the food, service and the patio. Our server brought water for our dogs. Enclosed patio was nice and cool even on a scorching September day. Would definitely recommend

We were so pleasantly surprised at this hotel. The service was great, the room was very clean and cool, the breakfast was hot and very tasty. The pet potty area was well lit and very clean and accessible. All this for about $100. Used as a halfway stop for a week Long Beach stay. Would definitely recommend and will stay again!

Maplewood has always been one of our favorite places so we were thrilled to find their pet friendly patio while traveling with our fur babe. The servers were excellent and of course so was the food!!

We have a travel trailer and rarely stay at hotels. However we made a quick trip to Pigeon Forge to scope out several new campgrounds. I was most pleasantly surprised. The hotel was spotless, checking in was a breeze. There was lots of potty room for our dog. The breakfast was very good. The gentlemen taking care of our 1st floor room made sure we had everything we needed, as they do not attend to the pet rooms. We had to add an additional night, which we did directly through the hotel, and it was easy as well. We will definitely return if we are in need of a PF hotel again !
