Quick hop off Rte 81. Clean, quiet. Jadin, at front desk was pleasant after a long drive. Requested a room not right next to exterior doors to reduce noise dog would hear. Not sure why pet friendly rooms aren’t all tile for sanitary reasons but not an issue with my dog. Bathroom has toilet and tub separate from sink but tight but no door separating sink from sleeping area making it difficult for one to get ready while other slept. Mirror lighting on the poorer side.
Refrigerator worked well. No freezer section to refreeze ice pack but baggies and ice machine solved the problem. Large green space in front of hotel with bags. There was some debris like sweats, cups that should be cleaned up. There is a Baymont up the hill and a Fairfield across road providing a little space to create walk with extra green space. Dog fee only $25 which is wonderful and they allow large dogs. Breakfast was usual fair -- no complaints. Waffles, sausage patties, egg and cheese omelette, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal and bagels, bread etc to toast. More fresh fruit choice than most. Appreciate cranberry and orange juice in dispenser as I prefer to mix them.

Stayed at TownePlace in Fredericksburg while heading to Florida Jan 20, 2022. Good location but as others have commented my dog wouldn’t even go into dog area as lots of feces left by inconsiderate dog owners. I will admit it was right after their ice storm and ground soggy. Fortunately lots of parking lots and a condo community to stroll through for exercise. Room clean, spacious.

Stayed in January 2022 as a side trip on the way to Florida as we’ve never been to Savannah. I’m not sure how to fairly evaluate so I will just let you make your own decision. Hotel is nothing fancy but easy, off street parking. Pet rooms are on the first floor but they are carpeted (not sure why as totally insanitary!). There were big notices about being charged for any pet damage so I immediately reported a huge stain on carpet upon entering room so not be charged for it. Room was clean minus stain. Location ideal - river walk right behind hotel and very dog friendly. We were able to walk everywhere to explore Savannah.
Our room was at the very end, but right where the metal steps to second level was so my dog heard every noise!! At 1:30 in the morning there was some sort of domestic dispute or altercation that got somewhat frightening as it then moved to right in from of my door. Front desk was called and said their security was handling and police were called making it even more nerve racking! Survived a sleepless night. They called around 3:30 to tell me it was resolved when I was just settling back to sleep. Breakfast was fantastic with a good variety. No coffee or tea in room but always available in breakfast area which was fine but inconvenient as it was a cold miserable day.

We were traveling from Florida to Aikens with our dog and needed a real meal to keep the husband happy. Read through BringFido that Casa Belle’s porches and patio were pet friendly. We called on a whim and got a reservation for 8pm on the patio but was told they were out of pas for heaters .. wasn’t that cold so we walked around town for 45 minutes waiting to be seated. It was very busy so the hostess Kristen also waited on us. Very personable and efficient. Very pretty seating, great music. We had very relaxing and enjoyable dinner which is such a relief when traveling withe a pet you can’t really leave in a hotel room or vehicle. Food was great and would highly recommend.
