No shade
Basic dog park, agreed. Decent sized single fenced in area. Area is level and grass. Clean. Water fountain at one end (agreed, it would be great for another to be installed at the other end). NO shade - canopy/umbrella appears long gone. Portable restroom down the block at the playing field.

Sunny and clean!
This is your basic dog park with very few frills. The umbrella with the table provides great shade for a few, but not all. Luckily it wasn't a busy time and my dog and I were able to enjoy the peace and quiet.
I would love to see one more water fountain on the other end of the park and a few more trees. An agile course would make a great addition to the space!
