The national forest features more than 1,300 miles of trails, 11 picnic sites, and four scenic byways which travel throughout the forest and offers outstanding views of the mountain peaks, glaciers, streams, rivers, plateaus and more. Check out Popo Agie Falls Trail for an easy hike that features a waterfall or stride out on the moderate Bridal Veil Falls Trail. Dogs must be leashed in developed recreation sites.
