  Beautiful view

  The falls are beautiful! You can go at the base of the falls and enjoy the water with your dog. There is a short but steep trail to see the falls from above, really worth it. As for the longer trail, it leads to a summit with no view and it gets pretty steep at some point. I recommand to stay longer near the falls instead of the trail.

  Trail is only 1/4 mile

  The falls are only 1/4 mile from the parking lot, not 2.9 as stated in the description.

  Rough Climb, but We Made it!

  Short walk on wooden planks (also some metal parts that our pup did not like). Then sharp include to see top of the falls. Worth it to see- pictures don't do it justice.

  beautiful falls

  We loved seeing the Falls and our pup was able to cool off in the stream on a hot day. For dogs used to being off-leash, the hike up the trail could prove challenging - our pup wanted to go up faster than we could scale parts of the incline. Due to sharp drop-off at the top, it is safest to follow the on-leash rules.
