Lake Mead National Recreation Area
Leashed pets are welcome to join their humans throughout many areas of the Lake Mead National Recreation Area in Boulder City, NV. Swim, boat, hike, cycle, camp and fish at America’s first and largest national recreation area. Pets are permitted in developed areas, on hiking trails, along many beaches, and in campgrounds and some lodging facilities. Dogs must be on a leash not exceeding six feet at all times, and humans must clean up after their pets.
