China Ranch Date Farm & Bakery is a dog-friendly, working date farm in Tecopa, CA. There are a number of dog-friendly hiking trails on the property and your pooch is welcome to walk through the date groves on a leash. If you're interested in learning more about the wildlife, plants or history of the area, take an interpretive guided nature walk. The shop offers several varieties of California dates as well as their own hybrids, and also date nut bread, muffins, cookies, and unique hand-crafted gifts.

We enjoyed strolling through the date groves with our 2 pups learning about the interesting history of this out of the way date farm south of Death Valley. Loads of hiking trails around the property
