This Dover public park is wildly popular with local dog-owners. Noanet Woodlands welcomes up to two dogs per person, and pets must remain on-leash. The Lower Mill Pond is not pet friendly, and guests are asked to not allow their dogs to approach others. The adjacent Powisset Farm does not allow pets. Visit Website
