Dogs are allowed at certain areas of Lucky Peak State Park. Located just down the road from the capital city of Idaho, Boise, this is the perfect getaway for people who want to swim, picnic, fish, bike, or wander the pet-friendly trails with Fido. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the Sandy Point section of the park, but Discovery and Spring Shores are fair game for dogs and their owners to enjoy. You can even enjoy a dip in the water together at these sections or sit back, relax, and dig into some Fido snacks.
