Barren River Lake State Resort Park

Barren River Lake State Resort Park in Lucas, KY is dog friendly. Located among some of the state's prettiest surroundings, the man-made reservoir is 10,000 acres in size and has a shoreline extending 141 miles. The lake is popular among anglers and recreational boat owners. There are a few trails in the park that can be used by dogs and their owners, including a 2.5-mile paved path for hikers and cyclists.
