Mormon Station State Historic Park

Mormon Station State Historic Park is a dog-friendly recreation area in Genoa, NV. The lush lawns and mature trees are what sets this park apart from others in the area. This was the first non-native settlement in Nevada, constructed in 1851, located along the Carson Route of the California Trail. Leashed dogs are welcome to join their owners throughout the outside areas of this park. Note that the hours of the park vary by season. Visit Website
