Griffen Fitness
Griffen Fitness is pet-friendly. This personal training hub is a great place to get fit with your pooch. The studio welcomes dogs into PT sessions and also offers workplace workouts, nutrition guides and a healthy living yearbook with seasonal recipes. The owner, Tracey, has her own fitness dog named Coco. Griffen Fitness is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 8:30pm.
