South Mountains State Park
South Mountains State Park is a pet-friendly recreation area in Connelly Springs, NC. Featuring elevations to 3,000 feet, an 80-foot waterfall, mountain streams and more than 40 miles of trails for dogs and their owners to enjoy, this park is a must-visit for outbound hounds. Leashed dogs are welcome on the trails, as long as they are well-behaved and cleaned up after.
