Carm's Dog House Park at Ormand Spencer Park is a dog-friendly park in Syracuse, NY where Fido is welcome to run, jump, and romp around with his favorite friends! A special note to our users: no food is allowed inside the park - this includes dog food and treats. Your dog must be on-leash when entering and leaving the dog park; leashes must be no longer than six feet. Your dog must have a valid license and have current rabies shot. Dogs should have their metal ID tag with a validated identification number attached to their collar. Owners without proof of rabies vaccine or license will be asked to leave the dog park.
