Elephant Butte Lake State Park is a dog-friendly state park in Elephant Butte, NM. Leashed dogs are welcome to join you as you traverse this vast park that offers camping, fishing, boating, hiking, and more. Relax on the sandy beach for a day or camp overnight right next to the water. There are 15 miles of trails to explore, just check the weather beforehand to avoid the monsoon rains.
