Medicine Wheel Passage is a dog-friendly scenic byway in Lovell, WY. The 27-mile drive gives visitors the opportunity to view beautiful scenery and a variety of wildlife. A highlight on this route is the scenic overlook of Big Horn Basin. Drivers can also take a quick stop at Medicine Mountain, where a two mile trek will lead to a view the sacred Medicine Mountain National Historic Landmark. Please note that portions of this drive are often closed during the winter and early spring.
