Sampson State Park

Sampson State Park is dog-friendly and includes 5.5 miles of waterfront, centrally located in New York's Finger Lakes Region. The park has several miles of dog-friendly hiking and biking trails, as well as quiet wooded areas. The campground is also pet-friendly and campsites have electric hookups and are set in a wooded area with easy access to showers and restrooms. The park also has a large marina if your "first" mate wants to bring your boat. Pets are to be supervised at all times and either be crated or on a leash not more than 6-feet in length. Proof of rabies inoculation shall be produced if requested by staff. Dogs are not permitted in playgrounds, buildings, golf courses, boardwalks, pools and spray-grounds or guarded beaches (this does not apply to service animals). Visit Website
