Fort Harrison State Park Dog Park

Fort Harrison State Park is the only state park in Indiana to offer a dog park due to its urban nature. An annual or weekly dog park pass is required and can be purchased with cash or a debit/credit card at the park office. An application and vaccination records are required. The dog park is located on the north side of the state park and has three fenced play areas without size restrictions. Platoon Run boasts 3.6 acres with large shade trees, a water station, benches, waste stations, agility equipment, a shelter, and even a fireplace. Herrin Hill is a 1.3-acre play area that is mostly open with shade, a water station, benches, and waste stations.
