Though the park may be smaller than some, Liberty Road park is a hidden gem. It is split into small and large dogs, but we always encourage dogs of all sizes into the main park. Very slow during the day, but starting at 6pm there is a solid group of regulars ranging from pommeranians to great danes. This group of regulars is very inviting to new visitors, and we work as a community to ensure that all dogs get socialized and exercized. If you have a dog of any size or age and are local, this is the place to be.

There is one or two people here during the day; Come 5 o-c'clock when everyone gets off work, they are full of dogs! I have two 70 pound dogs, and I have yet to see a bigger dog there than mine. Many small dogs go, but big dogs are permitted. There are two bowls there for you to bring your own water to dispense. There are usally a few balls and frisbees already there to toss around. There are 2 seating areas inside the fence, one in shade. There is no real big sign for the place, it is right next to the ball diamonds. And several times, there is a biker patrol man than patrols the recreation area next to the park, he frewuently stops over. There is a list of rules at the entrance gate. Great place to take your dog and let them feel free.
