    Great little dog park

Tuesday met some friends playing at this park. Nice little park tucked away inside a bigger park. a place for small dogs and a place for bigger dog. They have drinking fountains, picnic tables etc. will come again when I’m in the area.

    Pretty nice, but slightly dusty

The park is great, lots of running area adequate for small and big dogs (two separate areas). The grass is noce and green and kept short, but there are a few spots here and there that are dusty (becoming muddy if it rains).

    Muddy

the grass here isn’t great, it’s super thin and sparse. so when it rains, it gets insanely muddy and sloshy. my dogs didn’t want to run around because of how the ground felt. I do like how tucked away it is, and it has a fenced in wash station. beware, the hose sprays strong! some picnic tables & shade for humans, dog fountain and human fountain, small dog (under 30) and big dog (30 ) sides. ample parking, will return but not during rainy season

    Great Park, Small Walking Area

I’ve been 4 or 5 times. I’ve never had an issue with any aggressive dogs or pits and everyone was extremely friendly. Doggy water fountain for large dogs is a bit slow but someone normally fills or brings a bowl. Nice park for kids nearby, walking trail is very short.

    Love It!

I don’t know why it has low ratings. It’s one of my favorite dog parks. It has a water station and doggy bags. I love the other dogs and their owners. It’s a lot of fun every time we go! Only thing I do not like is the huge “electrical tower” inside the big dog park but other than that it’s perfect!

    one and done

visited this park, as we do all area dog parks, and found it to be poorly drained with little shade. simply nothing special about this dog park and I can only say I saw the most ill-behaved owners and dogs here, more so than any other park.

    Discrimination

Love the park! Going back today. My precious little 40lb "Red/Blue Bull Terrier" (legal name for a Pitt Bull) is adorable and the most gentle dog you'll ever meet and very well behaved....that being said, I only have One very large issue..
    One VERY LARGE ISSUE❗
🐶...PEOPLE WITH DISCRIMINATION ISSUES!! If you have a phobia about a K-9 breed, you obviously have them about human breeds. People with agressive K-9s ( big or small) should NEVER bring them to a dog park much less out in public areas. Get educated people! If you train a dog to be agressive, ANY size or breed is dangerous.🐶

    Great Travel Find

The dogs needed a bit of running from being stuck in the car for two days. We found this park and were throughly impressed. It has a small (under 30lb) and large dog section. The area is very well maintained! All grass. The people and dogs were quite nice when we were there. There was tons of room for the dogs to run and play, with plenty of shade from trees and shelters. This is one of the nicest dog parks I have been too in a long time.

    Pitt Bulls

On Saturday 02/20/16 I troef to go in the dog park for small dogs. PITT BULL CLUB MEETING. People with small dogs were afraid to go in. STOP THIS. PUT UP NO PITT BULL SIGN before dogs get hurt

    Awesome Park!

Beautiful Dog park that is separated for one side larger dogs 30lbs and over, the other side smaller dogs. Water fountains for both dogs and dog owners, dog bag dispensers, tables with covers. Huge running space. A great find! Great people I've met there. My husky and I love it there! Wonderful park!

    Fantastic (inconsiderate owners)

Since we've been in the truck for the last two days our two large dogs had just about *had it*! We found this park on the internet and thought we'd give it a try. I'm SO glad we did!! The city has done an excellent job keeping on it. There was NO ONE in the entire park except for a few trail walkers. The dog area was *huge* and was divided between those above 30lbs and those below. The grass was neatly trimmed with a few areas of good dirt for our hound to roll around in. A clean shower area with a hose separates the two runs for "dirt magnets" like her! When we parked, we realized that we left our toys at the hotel. Thankfully, there were some tennis balls and a few other destroyed toys that, probably should have been cleaned up by the owners but it worked for us! SYNOPSIS: This dog park was just the thing for running our dogs with enough room for throwing Frisbees, etc. The ONLY negative I can say is not the fault of the city. I, personally, have a problem with ALL ***inconsiderate* owners who didn't bother to clean up after their dogs. (--and there is no excuse because there are bags and trash cans all around!) ((BTW: "You're welcome!" (yes, I cleaned up several of the piles for you!))

    Great Park!

I go almost everyday. My dog loves it. Its close to home. Decent size and great dogs at the park. No aggressive dogs. And love the bathing station. Very conveinent. Can't complain. Would be cool to have light posts in the park for when it gets dark earlier. Other than that love it.

    taller fence

I have a dog that loves to jump over 4ft fences so
I thinks this park needs a taller fence specifically the large dog side.

Good for kids, limited for dogs.

Nearby a school in the back of a nice subdivision. Theres no real trails, you can walk around 2 small ponds around the area but its nothing amazing. The actual dog parks are decent sized, but theres no agility parks. Grass needed to be cut and owners didn't pick up after their dogs. Good place to bring kids to as there is a few parks with equipment and courts.

    nice place

It is a nice park to leave the dogs off leash, I will like if they add some agility equipment for the dogs to use with the owners. I like the kids park also near by and therestroom facilities too.

    Nice place

We went 01/29/12 Be careful of your GPS directions, print a map to look at. When we finally got there due to GPS saying it was in a residential community, other friendly owners were there to greet us. Nice double gate entry so you can get your dogs in and behind gate and introduce them to other dogs before you turn them loose in the area. Nice sized area, very easy for ball throwing and fetching. Easily 30-50 dogs could be there and not over crowded. Overall for first dog park in this area, nice and well kept. Free and off leash, though recommend bringing yours in case you need it. Be ready for other dogs to play with you too.

    Good Park Overall

Nice park with plenty of room to run. People & dog water fountains, a hose to rinse off, also has a kiddie pool (for the dogs, of course!), and a separate side for smaller dogs. The only thing missing is shade for the dogs, although there are 2 small covered pavillions w/ tables to sit at. Overall, a nice park with a good variety of dogs. The people are friendly and it's usually only crowded on the weekends, but we always have a good time there.
