No grass, all rocks and sand. High drive dogs beware.

If you have high drive dogs this place will slice their feet wide open. Every dog park in Las Cruces is made of rock and sand. All of the dog parks in Cruces tear my dog's pads open. The park is great if your dogs dont have the zoomies. Las Cruces doesnt understand dogs. They want to pretend like the city is prodog but end up just cutting corners where it counts as well as cutting dog feet.

    Awesome, fun, well designed

A model dog park, agility fun, spacious, easy parking. I was traveling all day and stopped here both ways with my pups. Bravo city planners! The pups had a great time!

    Awesome Dog Park

visiting while on a road trip - beat dog park we’ve been to so far! New equipment, well maintained, separate areas for large and small dogs. hard to find just stay on the entrance road and go all the way around the end of the park

    AMAZING park!!!

if you’re passing through or live in the area, THIS is the park to stop at! We stopped while on a trip from Arizona to Texas and were a bit hesitant since this park didn’t have any reviews. It just opened in 2022 and is HUGE! There is a dedicated small dog and large dog park with agility tools, a pavilion with shade, a water fountain and plenty of poop bags. It is a tiny tricky to find but just 2 minutes off of the highway and the area around it is still under construction. I can’t recommend this spot enough but if you’re expecting grass or turf, you won’t find that here - it’s zero scape so probably isn’t the best spot after a heavy rain.
