    Nice Park

Stopped by during road trip to let the puppy run. We had the place all to ourselves, at 10:00 AM on a Thursday. Fresh water available and structures to run on/in/around. Very sandy but well maintained. Don’t go expecting splash pads and artificial turf and you won’t be disappointed. Benches for sitting and lots of room to get the zoomies out.

    Amazing Dog Park

I live in this neighborhood and find myself lucky to walk from my backyard into this gorgeous park. This is a great, decent sized dog park that is well kept and safe. You can find dogs here pretty much any time that it is light out in Augusta, Georgia. Both a small and large dog portion of the park exist. There is a great watering area that includes a kiddy-pool which is helpful for those sweltering Georgia summer days. People are very observant of their dogs in this city and there are few altercations within the park. The park also has bags to use for doggy waste and multiple trash cans. Outside of the bark park fence is a beautiful park that was nearly demolished a few years ago but was saved by the passionate members of the city. A frisbee golf course, miles of wooded trails, tennis courts, gardens, and playgrounds are available to the public. A must stops for any pup mom/dad!

    Very Lovely Park

Located in Pendleton King Park, iI thought this was a beautiful park. I don't know what direction Nicole came in from, but the neighborhood I drove thought was amazing, personified the "genteel charm" of the south in my opinion. The park's ground covering is bark and has several shade trees with benches around them making it a comfortable place to be. I went on a Sunday afternoon and there were only a few dogs there and they were quite friendly. Outside of the fenced area are tree lined trails that you can take your leashed dog on.

    Disappointed

In a not so nice part of town. I was nervous driving through the neighborhoods to find this park. When we got here, there were SO many dogs, and BIG dogs, which was weird for a Monday afternoon. I took her to the other section labeled "30 lbs or less" and a dog on this side attacked my dog. If your dog isn't friendly, please do not bring him to a place like this. Thanks. We left immediately and chose to walk on a leash through the park much better option in my opinion.

    My dog loves it here...

This dog park is by far the best in the area. Everytime we go there, there are plenty of dogs and they all play very well together. During the hotter months, like right now, they have a kiddie pool set up. My dog loves the pool, he gets so excited when we pull into th eparking lot he will start barking at me from the backseat!

    Great Dog Park

There are benches and the park tends to be busiest late afternoons and weekends.
