Dickson Mounds
Dickson Mounds, a branch of the Illinois State Museum, is a pet-friendly destination listed on the National Register of Historic Places in Lewiston, IL. Fido can join you while you explore the grounds of the historic Native American settlement site and burial mound complex. You'll discover two cemeteries, ten superimposed burial mounds, and a platform mound, all with informational markers. Be mindful that dogs are not allowed in the museum.
