Salamonie River State Forest

Salamonie River State Forest is a pet-friendly outdoor attraction in Lagro, IN. The large, forested area is home to a variety of recreational facilities in its 950 acres, including the Hominy Ridge fishing lake, four horse trails, hunting opportunities, a short hiking trail from the shelter house to the waterfall, and a 9-mile Fire Trail that weaves through the forest. Dogs are welcome throughout, but please leash and clean up after them. Visit Website
