Check out the pet-friendly Jenny Wiley State Resort Park in Prestonsburg, KY. Leashed furry friends are welcome at this state recreation area that's located in the heart of the Appalachians and features tons of opportunities for hiking, biking, camping, picnicking, fishing, birding, elk watching and more. Pets are only permitted in designated areas, and an additional fee is required when camping with Fido.
